The staff was very solution oriented, Neil and Arianna were great. The restaurant hostess Mya was so nice and the chef even came out to ask about how I'd like my meal prepared. This is my second time at this hotel

Hotel manager (who also worked the bar) was so amazing. He saw us waiting at bar late night and they were closing up. We sat in the hotel lobby and he gave us complimentary drinks! So pleasant!

Great location. Lovely comfortable rooms. Nice bar. Near tons of great restaurants. Easy access to all of Houston. Staycation. Staff friendly.

This hotel was fabulous. We felt welcomed and the details set it apart from other hotels. The turn down service which one night included a Bloody Mary, delicious strawberry jalapeño juice in the lobby, and gorgeous eclectic decor made it memorable. Everything we got from the restaurant was delicious and the pool is beautiful. You get so much more than other places for similar rates.

The rooms, furnishings and toiletries are fabulous! Nice robes, cute slippers. Quirky interior design, great drinks. My balcony faced west so the sunsets were stunning.

The room was very spacious and a nice view. A man named Luis, that I assume was the manager was very friendly and the bar/restaurant were nova and attentive. The valet was fast as well

The property was beautiful and even better than I imagined. This was my first time and when checking in we received a free upgrade to the Havana Beach Suite. The site was unexpected and absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff were amazing as well as the restaurant. Thank you Michael for your assistance!

From check in to check out it was amazing...the valet service was amazing too, very easy to use...wish they had a longer room service menu...it does close a little early for me but the food was amazing

The hotel is really. nice and the room was super comfortable. We loved that there was coffee/tea available by the elevators every morning--a really nice touch. We also REALLY appreciated that we were able to check in early, since my sister and I were meeting there from different overnight flights and we really needed to freshen up after flying overnight. I requested early check-in when I did the online checkin and the person at the front desk had actually read and remembered what I had written. It was great to be accomodated.

Love the coffee bar concept. We were upgraded to a lovely corner suite. Rooms are quiet and the hotel is close to everything!
